We start with an obligation free meeting where you can meet our team and share your vision. This discussion allows us to understand your project goals, site opportunities, budget and aspirations, while establishing the foundation for a collaborative design journey. 

  • Through research, sketching and testing ideas, we explore design possibilities that respond to the site, climate, context and your brief. Working closely with you, we develop an initial architectural concept that reveals opportunities and possibilities that may not have been initially imagined. 

  • The preferred concept is refined into a resolved architectural design. During this stage we carefully balance design ambition with regulatory frameworks, preparing the necessary documentation to obtain planning and development approvals while ensuring the project remains both inspiring and achievable. 

  • Our team prepares comprehensive architectural drawings and coordinates specialist consultants to ensure the design can be built with clarity and precision. This stage transforms the design into a detailed construction package, providing the technical information required for accurate pricing and delivery. 

  • We guide you through the tender process to identify the most suitable contractor for your project. By managing contractor selection and assisting with contract negotiations, we help ensure transparency, competitive pricing and alignment between the design intent, budget and construction quality. 

  • During construction we remain actively involved to ensure the design is realised to the highest standard. We administer the building contract, review progress on site and coordinate closely with the contractor and consultants throughout the construction process. 

    Our involvement continues through project completion and the Defects Liability Period, and we can undertake post-occupancy evaluations to ensure the building performs as intended for its occupants and the environment.

  • Selecting the right site is critical to the success of a development. We provide early-stage architectural advice to assess a site’s potential prior to purchase. This may include support for planning appeals, expert statements, design responses or preparation of material for hearings such as those conducted through the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.

  • For larger or complex sites, we develop strategic master plans that establish a clear long-term vision. This approach allows the coordinated and progressive development of multiple buildings while responding to site context, infrastructure and community needs.

  • Before committing to a project, we assess the development potential of a site. By analysing planning controls, zoning regulations, site conditions and construction considerations, we provide strategic advice on viability, potential yield and project opportunities.

  • Thoughtfully designed lighting and furniture can transform a space. We assist with lighting strategies, custom furniture design and curated selections that complement the architecture and enhance the character of each project.

  • We can provide professional architectural opinions, affidavits and expert statements for planning matters, legal proceedings and dispute resolution. These services may support planning appeals, heritage considerations or building-related matters requiring independent architectural expertise.
